Most of our work for the practice in New York began with the owner talking an idea through with us. We listen, work out what is worth building, build it, and keep it running. You stay the one who decides.

   Bring the rough version. We ask what it has to do, who will use it and what it costs you today. For the practice, we sat with the staff doing the work and priced what each manual step cost them every week.

   We draw it up.

   What gets built, what gets bought and what gets left alone. You see a plan or a mock before anything is built.

   We build it.

   The website, the shop, the software, the content. We use AI where it makes the work faster or cheaper, and plain engineering everywhere else.

   Nothing goes out without your yes. Every account stays in your name, so all of it is yours whatever happens.

We built their website, their online shop and the software their staff runs on, and drew up the layout for their next office.

   The software their staff runs on

   A practice-management app for billing, patient records and ordering. An order that needs a physician's sign-off cannot reach fulfilment without it. It replaced several software subscriptions, and its automated reports and order alerts save the staff several hours a week.

2. 02

   The website

   Rebuilt so the staff edit it themselves: 14 service pages, patient stories and an AI-generated hero video reel. AI photos and video replaced agency creative on the site and on social.

   The online shop

   When we started, no purchase on the shop had ever reached the payment account. Now checkout runs from the cart through Clover payments to ShipStation, and tracking goes out on its own.

   The audit

   We went through their web properties and their phone system and listed what was broken, from email paths that went nowhere to the redirects needed before leaving their old site host.

5. 05

   The next office

   We worked from the broker's CAD floor plans, measured the suites and drew test-fit layouts for two candidate spaces. Our measurements corrected the PDF estimates by about 3%.
