Your patients look you up and find almost nothing, because you were busy.
You were in clinic. Nobody was ever hired to run the other side of the practice, so it stayed the way it was. That is not a failure, it is what happens when the owner is the one seeing patients all day.
You recommend products all day and a patient has no way to get them from you. The reorder goes to Amazon.
Or it happens on a vendor's domain with someone else's name on it. Either way the patient has to try twice.
Stock photos, no social account linked, prices nobody updated. That is the first thing a new patient sees.
What we run. What we build to run it.
Every week, without you
- Weekly image ads on Facebook and Instagram, tested against each other
- Weekly social posts built from your own likeness
- Reorder reminders and win-back letters to patients you already have
- Search and AI visibility: map pack, rankings, AI answers
- Email and SMS, with the follow-up written for you
- Orders, refills and shipping watched daily
- Product marketing, including TikTok Shop
Once, so there is something to run
- Your own product line: skincare or supplements, your name on the label
- A store on your own domain, your prices, your payment account
- Shipping wired into the order, labels and tracking handled
- Payments: pay now for retail, approval first for anything a doctor signs
- A site your staff edits without calling us
- Booking and records joined to the store instead of ignoring it
- An app for the product side: records, refills, orders, approvals

Your line, in your store
An FDA-registered lab makes the product, your name goes on the label, and it sells from your own domain at your prices. The first run is 25 bottles, not 25,000.

The patient app
Records, intake, refill approvals and membership billing in one place. It reads from your records system, so nobody retypes what staff types by hand today.

One connected system
Booking, the store and the records usually sit in three places that ignore each other. We make the site the piece that joins them, so nothing waits on a person to carry it.
Search and AI visibility
The map pack moves in 30 to 60 days, and that is where the calls come from. Landing in AI answers takes 6 to 9 months on top of real rankings.
The ads for your store
We build the store, then run the ads that sell from it. Simple image ads, a few at a time, tested against each other, with new ones going up every week. An ad stays only while a sale off it costs less than the sale pays. It is priced inside the same deal, either a percentage of sales or a flat fee.
Shipping is already wired in. Supplement orders ship straight from the lab, and skincare orders print a prepaid label at your front desk, so your staff seals the box and the carrier collects it. These are custom builds, not a product you rent from us. You own the code and the accounts. The screenshots above are real builds of ours, debranded: the client's name, logo and every photo of a person are removed, and product labels are blurred.
We build it free. You pay nothing until your store takes its first order.
Everywhere else you carry the risk of finding out whether this works. Here you do not. Nothing comes out of your pocket to see it live.
The line, the store and the site are built at our cost. You pay nothing until your store takes its first order.
Fourteen days from the day you approve the label and the prices. The date goes in writing before anyone starts.
Cancel any month and keep the domain, the store, the label and the payment account. They were always in your name, not ours.
The consultation. 20 minutes. What you run today, what we would build, what we would leave alone.
The build. We build it at our cost and it is live in 14 days. You approve the label and the prices, nothing else.
The running. We run it every week. Cancel any month, and you can cut our access the same day.
Six specialties. Six different builds.
These are our own design concepts, one per specialty. Each one is a different build, not the same page in a new colour. Pick the direction that fits and we tailor it to your practice. Open any of them and you get the real page, not a picture of one.
Aurelia Aesthetic Studio
Airy and quiet. Serif display, warm ivory, and a product shelf that sells the routine patients leave with.

Weight loss / GLP-1
Meridian Metabolic
Clinical, but warm. A titration timeline and a refill card, so the program reads as a program.

Dermatology
Claris Dermatology
Precise and plain. A strict grid, one blue accent, and a drawn plate where a stock photo would go.

Plastic surgery
Vellum Surgical Studio
Dark and editorial. High contrast serif, and the consultation is the only thing being sold.

Dental
Poppy Dental Co.
Bright and friendly. Rounded forms, and online booking is the hero instead of a phone number.

Cedar Row Family Medicine
Steady and classic. Deep navy, a patient portal, and hours you can read from the doorway.

These are our own design concepts. The practice names are made up, none of them are client sites, and none of them are live anywhere. We build the one you pick around your own services, prices and records system.
What we run today.
One practice. She owns it, she sees patients all day, and she handed us the online side of it.
She was recommending products to patients all day with no way to sell them, and no hours left in the week to fix that. So she gave us the whole thing. We built a store on her own domain with 39 products under her own label, the site that sells them, a second site for one of her service lines, and an app her staff runs the product side from: records, intake, refills, orders, and her approval on anything that needs a doctor. An approved order leaves the app, lands in her supplier's shipping system, and the tracking comes back to the patient without anyone retyping a thing. We tested that hand-off with the supplier in both directions before we switched it on. We still run all of it today.
- The sitesHer practice site, plus a second site for one service line. Her staff edit both without calling us.
- The storeOn her own domain, at her prices, into her own payment account. Nothing routes through us.
- The label39 products under her own name, made by an FDA-registered lab.
- The appRecords, intake, refills, orders, and the approvals only a doctor can give.
- PaymentsRetail orders take payment on the spot. Anything a doctor has to sign waits for her yes, then bills.
- ShippingAn approved order routes to the supplier's shipping system and the tracking comes back on its own.
We do not name her here, and there are no photos of her, her staff or her patients anywhere on this page. We never asked her for permission to use them, so we do not use them. The six specialty pages above are our own design concepts, not client work.
Tell us what you run. We will show you what we would run for you.
You get back what your store and your own line would look like, what we would run each week, and what we would leave alone. It costs you 20 minutes, once. Or email hello@goldenchoiceinc.com.
